[Fix 11.8.3.2] 11.8.3.1 Dialogs opening off screen

Using 11.8.3.1 on a weirdly laid out multi-monitor setup where the monitors are not lined up. Laptop screen below two side-by-side monitors, with a third external monitor off on the wall to show videos.

Changing the output device settings. After hitting Apply, the app seems to hang. Really it's put a dialog box off screen. If we undock the laptop so it only has one monitor and try the operation again, the dialog box is exactly where expected. This is the dialog box that asks if you want to change the existing map or make a new map.

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which the dialog box was off screen.
