[Fix 11.8.2.2] Freezing when copying and pasting sub-cues

Mike,

I've had several instances of SCS (latest version) freezing when I'm editing cues with multiple sub-cues, specifically, I think, when copying a sub-cue and pasting it further down the sub-cue stack in the same cue. I'll e-mail you a log file, the cue in question is Q12. The only way out is to close SCS from the main window, whereupon it asks if I want to save the changes. If I reply Yes, then when I re-open SCS the changes have been correctly saved and the cue runs OK.

I have had similar problems not just with editing but when running shows. The app becoming unresponsive to the point I have to use task manager to shut it down and restart. I have been using SCS successfully for many years and a big fan. Am I the only one who is having problems?

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run where this happened.

Yes, I had this happen last night - GUI freeze when running the show, editor was not open. I will send the log file shortly.

Thanks for the log file, Dave. The extra info logged enabled me to track down the cause of the freeze. I've emailed you a link to a version that fixes the issue.

Ran show last night (final dress rehearsal) in performance mode. It ran flawlessly, in the past I haven’t use performance mode preferring the extra information displayed design mode. Is this now the recommended mode or should SCS run OK in design mode?
