Blackmagic Web Cam issues while running cues.

I am using SCS 11.8.2.1 (64)
I am trying to use a Blackmagic Web Presenter as a web cam input to SCS. I can get the device loaded as a video capture device and it seems to get a signal in test mode. However it only displays the top left corner of the video input. I can get the signal to the 2nd screen if no other cues are in my current show file. Once I try to create a cue that calls that camera it will display on the 2nd screen for about 3 seconds then freeze the app and the the app closes. I have tried several different options in the LAV Video Configuration, changing the Video Playback Library to all the options available and it hangs every time I call the cue in the show. If I switch the Video Capture options to be the built in or a MS USB web camera it seems to work without trouble.

I have updated all the drivers for all the pieces involved with no luck.

Any ideas on how to fix the video size and the shutdown issues?
