Mike,
Running latest 11.8.1-RC4.
If there is an audio file cue, and further down the cue list, a cue that comprises a number of sub cues, one of which is an SFR acting on the audio file cue, and you wish to disable the audio file cue and the corresponding SFR sub cue, whilst keeping all the other sub-cues enabled, it ought to be possible to simply disable the SFR sub-cue and then disable the preceding audio file cue to which it referred.
However, this does not work as SCS sees that the top level cue that contains the SFR sub-cue is still enabled, and pops up an error window. Shouldn't SCS be checking dependencies at both the cue the sub-cue level and then computing the effective state of the sub-cue, and using that to determine if it's OK disable the referenced cue?
Thanks,
Dave

Re: enabling and disabling cues and sub-cues.
Fixed in SCS 11.8.1 RC5
Re: enabling and disabling cues and sub-cues.
Thanks Mike.
An idea for an enhancement:
Rather than simply popping up an error window if one attempts to disable a sub-cue that is referenced by other sub-cues, perhaps the pop-up could offer the option to disable all the dependant sub-cues at a single stroke?
