[Fix 11.8.0] Bug with video cue placeholder

Hi Mike,

I could attach only one file in my previous bug-list but I found another bug.
When adding a video-cue or video sub-cue and adding a place holder and then click on Audio Device, you get an Invalid Memory Access like in the attachment.
I tried it in the same scs-file as send to the support-mail.

You should find this fixed in SCS 11.8.0 RC3, uploaded earlier today.
