This forum has been established to let you know what is currently planned and to allow you to contribute your ideas about major enhancements to SCS functionality and to the user interface.
Initially this can be regarded as a forum about the development of SCS 11. The development of SCS 11 was first advised at the end of last year under the topic SCS plans for 2010. This topic mentioned that SCS is being ported to a new development environment and explained part of the reasoning behind this decision. Although the work on this 'port' is going well, it is a large project and still has a way to go until it will be ready for beta testing.
Some of the 'direction' for SCS 11 has been influenced by your input in the Feature Requests forum. However, it has been considered desirable to set up a new forum for input into the overall direction of SCS development.
