Using Powerpoint... how do I set the monitor output to a second (or third) screen

Post by Mark Seyler » Sun Feb 16, 2020 8:30 am

Hi
I'm trying (for the first time) to use a Run External Program cue to run a slideshow in Powerpoint. I want the slideshow to go to Screen 2, after several .jpg files are seen on Screen2. These work easily, and the cuesheet in Editor has a screen selection button on it. How do I specify the screen I want the Powerpoint slideshow to appear on? At the moment I'm getting Powerpoint as full screen on the main monitor.
Ideas please!!!!

Here is what worked for me.
Open PP, then move it to the screen you want it to open on.
Close PP.

Now each time PP is run/called it will open on that screen as windows remembers last position.
