Show Cue System

I'm having problems with the video monitor insert on the performance screen. With a second screen connected the videos/pictures display correctly on it but with or without the second screen I don't get the small monitor screen alongside the cues. It was there before I connected a second screen wirelessly, now it's gone. Any suggestions.

Try using the Special Start (without the second screen connected) and select 'Clear saved window positions and sizes'. I suspect the saved window position for the monitor window has been set off-screen.

If the problem returns, please email me a diagnostic file. You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".

Using the special start sorted it. Thanks.
