Ipad Remote Control (over wifi)

for those of you who have not realised this, as iv seen this mentioned a few times in different parts of the forum.
it is possible to trigger cues from an IPad.
the way i do it (and i think its free) is to download the app PadMidi for an 'i-device' and install rtpMIDI on the SCS computer..
doing this enables the iPad to send midi (note on, on this app i think) over wifi

I use team viewer during tech. thia way I can be in the seats with my laptop. the tech booth of this theater is glassed in so you cant hear levels...also sing a laptop you can move arond the audience to get a good feel from different locations. I do belive you can get teamviewer for tablets. the nice thing is you can run the full editor this way as well.

For laptop windows own remote desktop is very good, although video don't work because of login screen in main machine display.

Microsoft also do RDP for Android which allows all sorts of control devices!!
