Moving pan

I'm currently using 11.4.1.1 and would like to make an effect pan between left and right (or vice versa) during its playing time.
Grateful or a steer on how I might achieve this

Cue type "Level change cue" is the way.
You can do progressive changes in level an pan.

I want to change the pan only, but at the moment the level is changing as well from zero upwards. Can I keep the level constant as the pan changes?

You can do progressive changes of level or pan or both.
