Error message

Post by Nigel Bayliss » Sat Aug 25, 2007 1:36 am

Hi Mike
I recently downloaded the new version 9.4 and kept getting an error message. I've just downloaded the new 9.4.4, and I'm still getting the error message...which is:

SCS Error

Error 9 Subscript out of range
ProcName=modMixerBasInit
nTracePoint=1, i=0, j=0, n=0
CueFile= c:\Program Files\Sound Cue System\demo\demo.scs

The message stays up until you do a ctrl,alt,del

It alll worked fine on the previous versions

Any ideas?

Nigel Bayliss

Seems like SCS cannot find a PC Mixer in you environment. What sound devices do you have installed on your PC?

Nigel has confirmed my suspicions. The firewire cable to his Focusrite Saffire Pro was not connected properly, and when fully connected SCS started OK.

I will modify SCS to stop this condition throwing an error.
