I am sending cues to speakers in the back of house for the first time and although I can send a successful test tone through SCS, when I send a cue I get nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

What sound card are you using, and what version of SCS? (The version of SCS is displayed under Help / About.)

9.1.5
Soundblaster
I tried upgrading to 9.2.6 and ticking the "floating point" box under the audio drivers tab but it kept crashing on me.

I'll retrofit the Floating Point option plus one other option into 9.1 and let you know the details.
