Mike,
I've designed a show where lots of cues are set off in a manual "rapid-fire" sequence. At one point during this rapid-fire sequence, a long playlist (intermission music) wants to pre-load which locks up the PC and ignores the GO button until the playlist is fully loaded.
I tried taking the intermission music out of the sequence entirely and wanted to set my pre-show playlist on stand-by until it was needed again at intermission. However, because I have a stop cue setup to fade out the pre-show playlist, the stand-by button never makes itself available.
As an alternative, I tried setting up a playlist as a hot-key. But I can't seem get a stop cue to work with a hot-key.
FYI - I was trying this with 9.2.1 and noticed that you had 9.2.4 available but after downloading it, 9.2.4 doesn't seem to address any of these issues.

I'll look at modifying the code that opens cues to allow opening a playlist to be 'interrupted' between files. I'll also look into the other issues you encountered in trying to get around this problem.
Meanwhile, can you try setting up your intermission music playlist as the first or second cue (before or after you pre-show playlist)? Your first main cue for your show and also your first cue to be played after intermission should include a Fade-Out sub-cue set to Fade-Out 'All Earlier Cues'. If this doesn't make sense let me know and I'll give more details.
