SCS Artnet Output controlling Enttec ELM on same Machine

Like the title says, I'm attempting to do some tests with running both Enttec's ELM software and SCS on the same machine. My intention at the moment is to have SCS receive triggers to play sounds, and update an Artnet universe to control ELM sequences/steps.

It seems like I should be able to point SCS's Artnet output to 127.0.0.1, and have ELM read that output for control. ELM is not seeing any output though. Maybe I have something misconfigured, or should I do something like set up a loopback?

To loopback on the same machine I would load the Microsoft loopback adaptor and set it to something like 192.168.x.x as the 127.0.0.1 network is a special case.
