Enttec DMX USB Pro

Hi! We tried for a long time to get it to work, but no success:

Our setup in theatre: SCS Pro Plus (11.10.2) - Enttec USB to DMX Pro - MA3 light

Goal: Cue Control from MA3.

What we did/tried:
Sending dmx on multiple channels from MA3,
- When connecting the DMX pro to Enttec's EMU, that software shows incoming dmx signals.
- When disconnecting the DMX Pro from EMU, connecting it to SCS, the device gets recognised/initialised ("active?" has a checkmark)
So far so good, but "Test DMX control" only shows an empty grid. Nothing seems to come in or get recognised. I'm at a loss about what we're overlooking or missing. Neither me nor my genius colleague could find it.

I have a few screenshots, I hope they make things clear.
Thanks in advance for any help, it's greatly appreciated!

Enttec DMX USB Pro is Active, DMX Channels have been filled in

Test DMX ... remains empty ... sometimes SCS shuts down after clicking on 'Test DMX Control'

In Enttec's EMU the same dmx signals from ma3 do show up.

"Show DMX Display Window" Clicking this doesn't give me a window, nothing happens..

These options are grayed out, I can't seem to change them..

Please email us the log files from one or two runs where "Test DMX ... remains empty ... sometimes SCS shuts down after clicking on 'Test DMX Control'". I'm especially concerned about a run where SCS shuts down.

Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Email the file(s) to support@showcuesystems.com.

I seem to remember I had to install a driver for my Enttec device to work (I assume this is a windows "thing"). Otherwise I got the same or similar symptoms.

Maybe worth a try if not already done.
