no DMX communication via ArtNet

1) I bought the recommended Enttec DMX USB PRO. Unfortunately, SCS does not see it and still only offers a Dummy DMX Port. We tried adding all the paths to all ftd2xx.dlls to the system PATH, but nothing helped. If I run the original Enttec EMU, the controller automatically detects it and controls it without any problems.
2)so I tried another way and bought a Chauvet DMX AN2 with Artnet. I have set the IP addresses, but SCS is not communicating again. If I launch the original Enttec EMU, the program sees the controller and automatically detects its IP address and controls it without problems. SVS does not communicate with it via Ethernet.Neither in the live DMX test nor in the running show.
In the test window, you can see the set values for the DMX channels, so everything is running in the program, but nothing is output.
3) I tried to install SCS on another computer without EMU to see if there is any collision with EMU, but the result is the same. I need to separate at least one option. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
