Video file won't play

I set up a video cue and tested it with a 256mb video file which worked fine once I'd extended the desktop to a second screen. Tonight, I changed the video file for the same one but slightly edited and now it won't play. When I do a test in the editor, the beginning/first frame is displayed but it won't run on from there. I've tried reloading the file and restarting SCS to no avail.

This sounds like an encoding error, you can try saving in a different format or use another video editor.
You can always send the log file from the session to support@showcuesystems.com
Log files can be found in "\documents\scs logs", in the email please include things like the name of the working file and the non working one.

I have encountered the problem of only flashing the first frame when playing a video on my laptop. It was solved after I installed the drivers "Realtek High Definition Audio" and "Intel(R) Display Audio".
