CSL Soundcard not working

I have set up Asio4all and configured it in production devices. I have used the card software to configure 8 channels (4x2).
When running the cues I can see the sound bars rise under the various outputs e.g. Front/Left/Right/Centre but can only hear them all from the 'front' output on the CSL multisound card. (and of course the headphone out). Nothing comes out of the other outputs. It's as if they are not being routed correctly from SCS or the windows 10 system. I can't think what else to check. The sound card is connected via the supplied USB cable. ASIO4ALL is shown as being used by SCS.

Update, after considerable swapping around I can get the sound out of different ports - not in any kind of logic but it's better than it was.

I have used those cheap soundcards in the past and found them tricky to use. You can always send the relevant log file from your "documents\scs logs" folder and an explanation in an email to support@showcuesystems.com
