sending midi to stop a cue

Hi guys
I am using an IOS app (Stage trax 3) to send midi through an interface to load video cues in SCS. Works great and using the IOS app i can select any song which has been programmed to send a midi command out and SCS will play this song wonderfully, however how the hell do i stop the cue playing? I know with stage trax 3 i can program the stop button to send out a midi command to stop but i have no idea or if its even possible how to assign midi to the stop button in SCS to stop the cue from playing?
I know if i play the next song it will of course stop the current que and play the next but is there anyway when i stop the song from playing on stage trax 3, SCS will also stop the video? basically want to know if you can program the stop button to activate from a midi send command not just the play button?
