Dante Via and DVS Issues 11.9.3

I last used SCS quite a few years and decided to upgrade my license to get a current version. The last version I was on was 11.6.2.1. Anyways, I need to get Dante Via or DVS to work on 11.9 as I just paid for that. I am having a bit of trouble getting it to work at all. Yet, when I install and run 11.6.2.1, Dante works great. That version is 5 years old.
I did a reinstall of 11.9.3 and now I get this error.
But reinstalling 11.6.2.1 opens and works great. I would really like to get the newest version working with Dante. Thanks!
