Covid has struck me down and I now have to self isolate through a planned event. Is there a package and go option so I can send the whole file and runtime software to someone else please?

Not quite a 'package and go', but Collect Production Files enables you to easily transfer the production to another computer. Regarding the software, that will need to be separately installed and registered on that computer. A single-user license allows you to have a backup computer, which is effectively what you require.
