Video capture not working

I've downloaded the demo version, according to the specs list it should support one video capture device.
I've checked app camera permissions, different camera's, different computers, restarting, but I still won't get any image.
In other software like vMix or the standard camera app in Windows 10 20H2 the camara's are working.

What I did/expect:
I go to Editor -> Production -> Production properties -> Video Capture
Then I give it a name
Choose a physical device (all the camera's are in the list)
Apply Device Changes
Then go to the test tap.
Test Video Capture.
The little screen stays black but I expect to see the camera image.

Ive tried all camera's, but the Newtek NDI camera is what I like to use. There's no native NDI support I guess..
When I choose my webcam I get the message "Video device [name] can not be activated"
I don't get that message with other camera's (NDI, Blackmagic, vMix, etc)

Am I doing something wrong or is just a demo limitation? :-) Working camera inputs are important for me.

Just a guess, could it be that windows accesses the webcam and therefore it's not available for scs?

Windows says that SCS is accessing the webcam :-)

Well, I've just bought the pro version, and now it's working. Well, NDI and Vmix. Webcam not, but who cares...
It only looks much darker then the original. Looks like there is some transparency. Will try to figure this out.

edit:
Fixt it, just delete the cue that I was using for testing and made a new cue. Now it looks the same.

I guess that Newtek Webcam Input is connecting when it is used, that's takes about 1 second. Fading a camera input seams to be not possible. Is it possible to "pre-load" a camera input?
