iPad or touch screen laptop as control surface

I am looking at creating a control surface to replicate the function of the Behringer BCF2000 in SCS. The faders window is set up to use one of the the two old control surfaces from Behringer (BCR2000 or BCF2000). Neither are readily available but it is possible to create a completely custom control surface on an iPad or touch screen laptop using something like TouchOSC.

The problem is that I can't find the midi mapping for the BCF2000 to replicate it in TouchOSC. I can find details of how to program the BCF2000 and details of how it can learn a midi mapping but not what it's default mapping is or what messages SCS is expecting to see to control the faders window. I've also looked for a TouchOSC template that is already set up to replicate the BCF2000 but I can't find one. As far as I can see there is no midi implementation map for the faders window in the SCS documentation.

Can anyone point me to the midi map that SCS expects the BCF2000 to use when controlling the faders window in SCS please?

I've emailed you a document that contains MIDI details for BCF2000 Presets.
