GoTo Cue issue

The new GoTo but do not start funktion I have some issue with.
Maybee I am missing some settings?
It works some times, but not every time.
I Cant find out WHY.
I try to use it for resetting the playlist to the start of show possition before the show.
The show is running multiple times every day.
pre show musik -30minutes start by time (a call cue) and then i try to use the GoTo but dont start to get the GO position to the firt cue of the show.
is there some better way to reset playlist automatic?
The operator leave before last music is played, and arrive after pre show music starts. So I like it to work...
It´s a theme park with different shows/ Stages.
