If they appear as USB HID devices then you would need a program to take midi or a network control from SCS and convert it to HID/USB

Choose ones controlled by MIDI-over-USB, then control by SCS is trivial.
And if you want to simulate a push-button trigger for another device, have an 'ON' subcue with an 'OFF' subcue 100ms later.
