How do you distribute video out of SCS?

What hardware (computer and interfaces) do you use to send video from SCS to at least 2 different projectors? For when you want to send the same image to both (from 1 computer running SCS) and to then at other time send different images to each projector. I have a license for the standard version of SCS.

From what I can discern, video is defined as "screens", so any video devices, be they monitors or projectors are set up in the video options setup.
Each video cue can then be directed to a specific screen number (ie projector).
So assuming you have one monitor and two projectors, Screen 1 is your monitor, and screens 2 & 3 are your projectors.
