How to remove video thumbail from production screen?

When our production videos are playing, a thumbnail of the video appears on the cue control panel. It covers up information we'd like to see. How can we disappear that? Here's a pointer to a screenshot of what we're seeing:

Have you tried to choose "none" under Monitor Size - Display Options - Options. See attached printscreen.

I set display size to "none" in both Design and Performance modes. Restarted SCS. But thumbnail is still there.

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which this happens.

The log shows that SCS can see only one screen. That's why the videos are being displayed in that panel on the main screen. To use a second screen or projector, make sure the screen or projector is connected and switched on before starting SCS. Also, the second screen or projector must be configured in Windows as an extension of the desktop.

Thanks, Mike. That brings up a follow-up question:
In this instance, the event organizer wants the audio only from these MP4 files - there will be no displays at all utilized. How can I tell SCS to forget displays entirely? (And I'm assuming that will cure the obtrusive display on the cue panel...) Will I need to convert all the the MP4s in this production to, say, MP3s and create the cues as audio cues?
Update: I've created MP3s and will substitute cues for those.

OK - converted all MP4s to MP3s and everything runs fine from control panel. Again - thanks for your help and support.
