Trouble Adding devices

Hi. I just got SCS9 for our theatre. We are using a brand new HP desktop, with WinXP pro, and a 7.1 Audigy 4 SoundBlaster sound card. I am trying to use "two sound devices." What I mean by that is in the production options screen, I am trying to specify House and OSR as devices using speaker selection. It, however, will not let me type anything in the names column, except for the first device. Tech is on Sunday, so I really need to get this to work. Thanks.
