Go Button using RS232

Hey guys,
I made a custom Go Button that I want to use to with SCS. I have programmed an ARM Processor that is sending scsGo commands over RS232 and if I "listen" to com port with any "terminal" software I can see that my PC is receiving scsGo message. If I try to use SCS to listen to com port I get nothing. I tried anything I could think of but SCS just won't show any received messages in the "Try RS232" window.
I have SCS 11.8.1.2
Does anybody know what could the problem be?
