Hi All !
Just wondering if the the following is possible.
I mainly work with audio tracks and i put my queues in as follow
Q1 > Track
Q2 > SFR Fade out 3 seconds
Q3 > Track
Q4 > SFR Fade out 3 seconds
And so on.......
Most of the time i just want the track to play through to the end "no problem". I put in the SFR incase the singer timing is off OR something happens then i can run the SFR and gently fade out the track for them.
The problem is, if i let the track run on its own to the end without using the SFR, it will auto go to the end of the track and cue up the SFR on its own. Is there a way round this ? The SFR in my case if belt and braces but a few times i have caught my self out and hit the next cue not realising i am running the SFR and panic sets in.
Thanks all for reading
Paul
Cue Handling
Re: Cue Handling
Paul,
You can create a SFR Fade out 3 seconds and assign it to a hotkey (0 in the keypad may be)
You can set this cue to fade out any audio playing cue.
Then you have
Q1 audio track
Q2 audio track
Q3 audio track
Q4 audio track
...
Q99 SFR Fade out and stop all earlier audio cues (hotkey trigered)
Now, you can play the next audio cue with SPACE, and fade out it with other key if needed.

Lluís
