CPU or Ram

I am getting a new computer for our SCS system to run on. We currently are using SCS for primarily lighting with sound and video added. We are controlling 42 dimmers, 20 RGB LED's, one projector (another one to come) and 2 stereo amps. My question is what does SCS rely on/stress out the most? CPU, Ram, GPU? Is an https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en ... ssors.html overkill? Do I need to spend extra money on the fastest RAM I can get?
I am asking because we are an all volunteer community theater and the money being spent is all donation and is a precious resource. This pc will be dedicated to running this program with maybe some light sound editing (Audacity) and will be used for years to come. I want to make sure I am putting the money to the resource that is needed the most to make this program run the smoothest. If/when we add another projector or more speakers it is understood by the board that these features will also require additional purchase of video/sound cards. I still need to make sure I have the core of the system as rock solid as I can. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin
