Recommended Video cards for PCs???

Hi
We're getting a new PC for Wlmslow Green Room Theatre.....and increasing audio outputs by using a Behringer UMC1820 with their ADAT ADA8200 to give 16 audio outputs.

There is also a requirement for at least three video ouputs... main screen + two projectors running different video. I know about sound (!) but have little experience of video hardware.

Does anyone have any recommendations for cards that work well with SCS? To give, say, 4 separate outputs? and that don't cost the earth?!

Hopefully, thanks for your help!

Mark

For main screen (ie laptop monitor etc) plus 3 projector or screen outputs, have a look at the Matrox TripleHead2Go to handle the 3 extra outputs. There are different models which have different monitor connections. I have the DP Edition (DisplayPort). You may also need to purchase some adaptors, such as DisplayPort to HDMI or VGA.

Hi.
I let the laptop away and have decided to go for a desktop PC to have more choice in GPU.
Desktop PC are not easy as a laptop to carry but I can cope.
Cooling is also better in summer in non Air-conditioned venues.
I am currently testing a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB with great success.
This card can also have up to 4 display output (one monitor and 3 projectors).
Depend on the version, it can have 2 HDMI/2DP, or 1 HDMI/3DP.
Those DP output were tested with DP/HDMI adaptors and it works great.
