I am using SCS 11.5.2.1x64. It has been working perfectly but a couple of days ago the little video monitor screen that appears when playing a still / video image has stopped showing. I have checked the setting on options and have the small video monitor size selected. I have tried the scs on a different machine and it is working properly. Is there a setting on the laptop that would stop the image being shown? By the way, the image still shows on the projector as required. I look forward to thoughts on this.

I suspect the position of the monitor window has been saved incorrectly. Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".
After you have created this diagnostic file (so I can see the current settings etc), close SCS and then re-open SCS holding down a shift key while you start the program. This will display the 'special start' window. In this window select the checkbox 'clear saved window positions and sizes' and then click OK. See Special Start Requirements for more info. Hopefully the monitor window will now display in the default position near the top right of the primary screen.
