Video Problems
Hi, I am brand new to this software and more than likely it is my fault but the images and videos (which I had to convert from .mov to mpeg4) randomly "resize" which is not ideal obviously! I have checked the video settings and TVg seems to be in control. Tried in Direct show and nothing worked. Has anyone any advice? Regards, Andrew

Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents". Also tell me which cue(s) do the incorrect resizing - a full screenshot would help.
