Updating Main screen from production editor. (Fix in 9.1.1)

Here's small problem.
I changed a Q# in the editor and then saved and closed. The updated info was shown on the top portion of the main screen but not the bottom half.
If I closed the program and reopend it , the change wold show up.
In addition, if after I changed the Q# and then moved a Q in the production editor the change was reflected in the lower portion of the main screen.
Any thoughts anyone?
