Sudden Level Increase !!!!!! (fix in 10.9.4)

Hi Mike.
I discovered a horrible bug after I updated to 10.9.3, the hard way, during a show.
I ‘m using left and right arrow keys to adjust the level of playing cues.
As I decreased the volume of a cue using left arrow, 5-6 seconds later (I’ m not using the internal mixer with my laptop, so the buffers are set to 5000ms), a sudden level increase of 12db or more occurred at right channel. Totally distorted of course. You can imagine how horrific that was. Not to mention how dangerous, for the health of my P.A. system, the health of the audience and my own mental health. At first I thought it was a console problem, but it happened again next time I used the shortcut.
I reproduced the problem at home, and it is happening every time. I found out that mono speaker assignments are not affected.
I had the same results with v. 11b16 (I guess the bug migrated from there)
Please Mike, have a close look on this. In my opinion this is a very serious bug. See if you can reproduce the problem in your system too. Maybe there’s something wrong in my system.
I’m going back to 10.9.2 till we have a fix on this.
(By the way. In “Download Archives”, only 10.9.3 is available. Can you please upload previous versions too.)
Thanks
