An online version of the SCS 11 Help is available at SCS 11 Documentation.
A PDF version of the SCS 11 Help is available here: scs11_help.pdf. A few images in the PDF Help are too wide for the page size and are not fully displayed, and there are a few other image-related formatting issues, but overall the format is OK. If you want to print the document, note that it is more than 250 A4 pages.
