Intermittent Video Failure v10.7.2/Win XP

Running a show with a few sound cues, numerous still images and one video (.avi) cue.

Some performances, everything works fine; other times all other cues and the sound off the video work but the video itself does not.

Not at the theatre computer at the moment but will send scs file later if that will help.

Any ideas?

Which video playback option are you using? xVideo, DirectShow or WMP?
