Hi All, Happy New Year to all of you. Can anybody help me with an odd request from my director, while listening to some music on my laptop using WMP, my director asked if the random visualisation on the playing screen can be projected onto the cyc. Using WMP I can get the visualistion full scrren but I cannot see how to get this to sart and stop as a video cue as we don't use WMP for our sound output. I hope this makes sense but I am a lampy at heart. Please feel free to ask me any questions to clarify. many thanks

Unfortunately I can't help you with this, Mike. The feature would require a visualisation plug-in and currently SCS does not support plug-ins.

You can do this with Winamp -- probably best running on a separate computer from SCS. (http://www.winamp.com/)
In Winamp/Open URL: type "linein://"
Choose a visualisation plugin. You will have to customise the plugin to start with a blank screen until audio comes in.
Feed the audio you want to "visualise" from SCS into the line input of the Winamp computer.
