I'm a new SCS user. I've sussed out most of the sound operation & am trying my hand with image projection. When I initially fire up my laptop with digital projector attached, I see a repeat of the laptop screen on the projector image. eg desktop images and when I load it, the SCS cue list.
This does not change when I cue the image in SCS.
I'd appreciate plain english guidance as to how I can programme SCS so that the projector only displays the cued image when I call it.
Grateful thanks.
Projecting images.
Re: Projecting images.
Just managed to answer my own query! In Control Panel (I use Windows 7) go to Control Panel and in the Display option select "Connect to a Projector" Or press Windows key plus p.
This brings up four display options. Select "Extend" and that's it. The projetor remains dark until a still image is called by SCS. This is then shown by the projector with any fade up/down times which you selected.
An SFR cue must be added next, to remove the image. This includes an option for fade down deletion which must be selected if you chose a fade down delay in the editor.
