sound cue not starting (negative countdown)

I've been playing with SCS the past few days letting it run my show over and over every night to make sure it is stable.
I've run into one pretty major problem. As mentioned in a previous post I have a time based show that must run on its own.
The problem is my my second sound cue. The first sound cue is a playlist which plays a series of songs. It works fine. At 6pm a note cue runs a GoTo which hibernates the playlist. After that cue is an auto start cue set to run 2 seconds after the hibernation finishes. The countdown starts at +2.00 seconds and runs down... it hits 0, then continues counting down into negative numbers. The sound file never plays, and none of the cues after that run (at least none I've seen, the next time cue in an hour might run... I haven't let it sit that long)
If I hit the stop button on that song then the next song begins to play and everything after that works just fine... even the broken cue plays fine the next time around. It seems to happen on the first pass though that cue every night, and only to that cue.
Any idea what could possibly be wrong?
Thanks,
Landy
