10.3.2 Problem with Fade Out Times

Post by colehill » Mon Feb 02, 2009 9:53 am

I was putting together a small cue list for our amateur pantomime earlier today. In a number of places I entered a sound effect of several seconds with a fade-out time of 1 second or so. I note that on several occasions when I went to save the project or move onto the next item that vthe fadeout time had mysteriously increased to 10 seconds, which caused SCS to object that I couldn't have fade-out time longer than the cue. I also experienced a number of "Index out of Range" type errors.

Which version of SCS are you using?

I've emailed you for more info about the 'subscript out of range' errors.

I can't think of any reason for SCS to change your fade out times to 10 seconds. What was the fade out time you tried to use - eg was it exactly 1 second, or was it 1.50 seconds or something like that?
