Minor bug 10.3.0 error 9 adding audio subcue (fix in 10.3.1)

I was trying to replicate a fault I have noticed deleting a subcue, but stumbled across this minor error in the process.

Steps to replicate fault
1) Add an audio cue - select an audio file
2) Add an audio subcue to this cue - select an audio file

This produces an Error 9 Subscript Out of Range
ProcName = setLinksOneAud[Q11<2>] - I was adding this cue to the end of the demo, but also fails as Q1 of a new SCS production
pAudPtr = 18, d=0, d2=0

Clicking OK adds the audio file and continues without any noticeable problems, but I just thought I should highlight this error message.
The deleting subcue problem was that if you added a 3rd subcue, and then deleted the 2nd subcue, the 3rd subcue would also get deleted, but I can't get this to fail consistently, so will post another message when I can.

I think this is fixed in 10.3.1 - could you check?
