Video Problem - Triple Head to Go

Post by FraserW » Fri Nov 18, 2016 3:59 am

Hi All,

Currently running a system comprised of 3 projectors connected into a triple head to go via HDMI. Running Windows 10 Pro with the latest version of SCS.

I have a second display from my machine (display port out) to the triple head to go. On windows, this display is configured to be 5760 x 1080 and works as expected.

The problem comes when we try to play anything via SCS, a full res video at 5760 x 1080 will playback correctly using something like windows media player but will not play back via SCS.

We have configured our second screen on SCS and it is showing up as being 5760 x 1080 with a starting position of x=1920 (correct as it is the second display output on windows) however any video we play back appears to play back one screen too far over so a video playing back at 5760x1080 start on our "projector 2" rather than "projector 1".

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Thanks

Fraser

Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents". The file should be created on the computer that has the TripleHeadToGo connected.
