Video Jitter

Post by Soundo » Tue Jun 23, 2015 2:41 pm

I am using Windows 7 and Edirol UA 101 and I am able to view video on the projector screen, However the moving video content jitters as it moves. How do I correct this?

Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".

Dear Mike,
I found by changing the Video Driver settings to VMR-9 windowless fixed the problem, However there is no audio.

The diagnostic file will also help me assist you with that.
