Validation Error

I set up a music cue, Q1, to start a cue.
I then added a Level Change Sub Cue to lower the level.
I also added a Sub Cue Reletive Start Time.
When I check the Validation, I get this message:

ERROR: Q1: Cue to change Q1 must occur before Q1.

I'm not sure what this means.
The cue works fine tho.

An oversight in the validation routine. This test hasn't been updated for sub-cues.
