Fading in and out

Please can you tell me what to do to have one cue fade out and another fade in. Obviously I can just use an SFR to fade one track out, then fade the next in, but it would be useful to do this with one cue. It's probably obvious but I can't work it out.

Make a cue that contains 2 subcues
The first subcue is an SFR that fades & stops track 1
the second subcue is an Audio cue containing track 2 (this has a fade in time set)
