Not sure I can achieve that with the SCS (10.8.1) , but I'm trying to playback all video video file to another video card output, different output then the extended desktop.
To be more precise I'm trying to "force" all video file playback to output from a BlackMagic SDI video card...
Any idea where I can start, DirectShow "tweaking" or other.

I know that this is a bit of a dead thread but this is the only instance of someone attempting to try what I'm wanting to try!
I am the house-tech for a 700 seat theater. We have a range of clients from ballet schools to theatre shows to conferences so I plan to try to use SCS, an M-Audio Firewire box for audio (Testing purposes a borrowed 410, if that works nicely I'd purchase the Firepro 610) and a Blackmagic SDI output card for video to feed into our Blackmagic ATEM 1M/E vision switcher.
The untested part of the system is getting SCS to output onto the Blackmagic SDI card... Has anyone attempted this?
In the coming weeks I hope to give this setup a go with borrowed hardware and the demo version of SCS
