SCS 11.1 RC3 Image fade in/out

Hi,

I was experimenting with 11.1 RC3 this morning and I noticed that the fading in or out of still images has a distinct pulsing to them, as opposed to just smoothly fading in or out.

Almost as if the fade consists of the image with say 15 degrees of fade and is running from 1 stage to the next with a slight pause at each step in the fade.

I don't know if the video playback driver has anything to do with images or not, but I tried both of them and the results were the same with either one.

Image fade in/out should be smooth. The blending of images is performed in a separate high-priority thread (unlike in SCS 10 where it shared the main processing thread). Could you email me your cue file (the .scs11 file) and tell me which cues you notice this on.

Also, could you provide some info on your machine, such as processor speed, amount of RAM, and version of Windows you are using?

Anything else running on the machine at the time, including virus checker?
