Video Causes Editor Lockup

I have several videos that are causing unusual editor problems. When played in the editor they will play once but once you hit the stop button the file doesn't reload and the controls are greyed out. You need to select another cue and then reselect the one you want to pay again. Other files work just fine. This happens when using the second screen for playback and some times when previewing in the editor window. The cues will usually play normally when run in the cue sequence.

Usually after this when I close SCS it does not end the SCS.exe process causing a trip to task manager.

Any one seen this?

This is with both 10.6.3 and 10.7 on XP sp3.
